Due to the fact that each Press-On Nail Set is a custom, personalized product, designed, shaped and hand-painted to order, as well as for hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Sizing Kits are available in Shop to ensure accurate sizing for all nail shapes and lengths.

In the unfortunate case of your order being lost in transit please contact me so I can contact the courier for more information. Once being officially declared lost by Royal Mail or the International courier I can then open a refund claim for the customer.
