MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the Delivery Courier service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by the delivery company we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of the delivery couriers. Please contact me so I can help with the claim process.

Any taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
